New Banner Unit Enables Brand and Direct Response Marketers to Buy Display Advertising on a CPL Basis
 

Brooklyn, NY, July 15, 2008 — Pontiflex, the first open and transparent cost per lead (CPL) market, today announced the ability for advertisers to create CPL banner ads using Pontiflex's ad management platform. The new AdUnit X banners enable consumers to opt-in to advertiser offers within the actual banner, without clicking-through to a landing page.

Brand and direct response advertisers can create custom AdUnit X banners using simple and intuitive drop down menus on Pontiflex's ad management platform. They can then deploy the banners on specific publisher sites that they have found through Pontiflex's transparent GENList™ publisher directory. Pontiflex's patent-pending data transfer technology automates the delivery of the lead data from the publisher to the advertiser.

With AdUnit X banners, advertisers can achieve higher conversion rates by avoiding the large drop-off commonly found in traditional banner campaigns that use a combination of banners and landing pages to generate leads.
